Vinesh Kumar is an entrepreneur and the founder of several organizations dedicated to improving health and social care. With a foundational background in engineering from India, Vinesh initially worked as an IT consultant in Delhi and London. However, his true passion led him to transition into the health and care sector, further supported by a Masters Degree in Health Policy from Imperial College, London.

Throughout his career, Vinesh has held various management roles across the public, private, and social enterprise sectors in the UK. In 2014, he founded iDirect Independent Living, an organization based in South West England. iDirect's mission is to enable individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions to live as ordinary citizens in the community, rather than in institutional settings like long-stay hospitals or care homes.

Beyond iDirect, Vinesh's commitment to care and support is reflected in his active directorships and involvement with several related companies, including Hynte Limited, Griha Limited, Griha Care and Support Limited, and Zeit Consultancy Ltd.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Vinesh enjoys reading and spending quality time with his family. He is a keen runner, frequently embarking on meditative long runs in Epping Forest. He currently lives in East London.
